If a dispute cannot be resolved through jl989's internal process within thirty (30) days of formal written complaint, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration under Philippine arbitration rules, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for all matters relating to these Terms.

jl989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the jl989 platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the jl989 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
